A Leader with More Than Two Decades at IBM
She is an experienced and results-driven HR leader with a sharp focus on client advocacy and driving meaningful change. Through multiple global Business HR and functional roles across Hardware, Software, and Services, she has built strong expertise in Compensation, Talent Management, Organisation Design, Leadership Development, and Global Mobility.
With a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face today, she is passionate about creating impactful and engaging experiences for both clients and IBMers. Her approach blends strategic insight with people-centric execution to strengthen performance, culture, and long-term organisational success.
With over 22 years of association with IBM, Aparna has contributed through various strategic HR leadership roles. Most recently, she was working as Vice President – HR, IBM Talent Management, leading several global initiatives aimed at talent development and building organisational capability.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the National Institute of Management, Kolkata and a Master’s Degree in HR Management from the ILR School at Cornell University.
