IndoBevs Appoints Nupur Girdhar as SVP and Head- HR
IndoBevs, one of India’s fastest-growing alcoholic beverage companies, has appointed Nupur Girdhar as Senior Vice President and Head–Human Resources.
In her new role, Nupur will lead IndoBevs’ people strategy, organisational development and culture agenda with IndoBevs’ rapid expansion across India and international markets.

Nupur brings nearly two decades of human resources experience, offering a sharp strategic lens on people management, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
Recognised for her futuristic and positive mindset, she is an intuitive innovator with strong advisory skills and a consistent track record in driving employee engagement and strengthening employee relations.
Her career spans ITES, Banking, NBFC, and Telecom sectors, with senior HR leadership roles at Citibank, Bharti Infratel, Apollo Tyres, SAR Group, Wipro, and BC Jindal Group.
Across these organisations, Nupur has led critical initiatives in talent management, succession planning, organisation design, and culture-building, enabling business transformation and scale.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a BTech in Computer Science from IEC College of Engineering.
