Keva Appoints Avik Ghosh as HR Head for Asia Business

Keva – Fragrances, Flavours & Aroma Ingredients has appointed Avik Ghosh as HR Head – Asia business.

In this new role, he will lead the people function across the region and support the company’s growth plans in the Asia markets. He will work closely with leadership teams to build strong talent, develop leaders, and support teams as the business expands.

Sharing on LinkedIn, Avik said fragrance and flavour blend science with human experience, Asia’s cultures add value, and he looks forward to building teams as Keva grows.

Extensive Experience

Before joining Keva, Avik Ghosh worked with Anvil Energy as Executive Director. He brings close to 20 years of HR leadership experience across Asia-Pacific.

Most of this time was with Kerry, where he spent over 11 years in senior roles, including Regional HR Director for Southeast Asia and ANZ. In that role, he worked with leaders in more than 10 markets and supported over 3,000 employees in a regional business of more than €650 million.

At Kerry, Avik led major organization design efforts, new site setups, and M&A integration across Asia. He also drove talent and leadership programs, supported employee engagement, advanced DEI efforts, and helped roll out global leadership models.

Earlier, he led HR for the joint venture between Asian Paints and PPG Industries, reporting to the CEO. Previously, he has also worked in HR roles at Asian Paints and ICICI Bank.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Nottingham University Business School, Ghosh is expected to strengthen Keva’s people strategy across Asia.
