Extensive Experience
Mayank brings a wealth of human resources expertise to the Manlift Group. Most recently, he served as the Head- HR with Eagle Inbrit, leading the global HR strategy and aligning the organisation’s structure and culture with business objectives across multiple continents.
Previously, he had key HR roles across a range of firms such as Seagull Global Logistics, World Window Group, ISS Facility Services A/S, SSP India & DSSHL, ARAMARK, and Pizza Hut.
He gained an in-depth understanding with these firms in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce retention across industries like logistics, facilities management, and retail services.
Mayank holds a PGDM (specialising in HR and International Business) from the Institute of Management Education, Ghaziabad.
As a transformative HR leader, he has structured human capital strategies over the years that support organisational growth, enhance employee experience, and shape leadership pipelines.
His background reflects a consistent commitment to developing high-performing teams and marshalling HR practices to drive operational excellence.
