Mindtree ropes in Antony Dinesh from TCS as Head– HR, Americas

Mindtree, part of L&T Group and a major Indian IT consulting firm, has appointed Antony Dinesh as Head – Human Resources, Americas.

In his new role, Antony will spearhead the people function across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring strong alignment with Mindtree’s global HR strategy and business priorities.

He will focus on strengthening employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and overseeing HR operations to optimize efficiency and support growth objectives across the region.

Extensive Experience & Background

Antony joins Mindtree from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he spent over 19 years in diverse HR leadership roles, most recently based in the US. At TCS, he played a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and workforce excellence.

His responsibilities spanned organizational development, talent management, compliance, compensation and benefits, and legal risk mitigation, giving him deep exposure to complex, multi-geo HR operations.

Prior to TCS, Antony also worked with HCL and EFX, further strengthening his experience across leading global organizations.

He holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Human Resources Management from Sacred Heart College, which he completed between 1998 and 2000.
