Monika joins KPMG Assurance & Consulting Services as Head- HRSS & Tech Transformation
KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP has appointed Monika Malhotra as Head of HR Shared Services and Tech Transformation.

Extensive Experience
She brings over two decades of diverse HR operations and transformation experience across global organizations.
Most recently, she served as Head – HR Shared Services at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., where she was responsible for delivering high-quality HR support services to the pan-India workforce.
Her leadership covered key aspects such as transition to HRSS, workload planning, process standardization, knowledge management, compliance with SOX, UGAAP, and IGAAP audits, policy administration, transition management, productivity improvements, change management, and strategic planning.
Her earlier professional journey includes significant roles at Baxter (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Operations Manager, along with impactful stints at Honeywell Technologies, Patni Computers, Hewitt Associates, and EXL Service — strengthening her expertise in HR operations, business delivery, and shared services transformation.
Academically, she holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C), and an MBA in Marketing Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS).
