Nandini Matiyani Joins Strides as EVP & Global HR Leader
Strides Pharma Science Ltd, a leading global pharmaceutical company, appoints Nandini Matiyani as Executive Vice President & Global HR Leader.
In her new role, Matiyani will drive a stronger employee experience, accelerate talent agility, and build future-ready capabilities to support Strides’ expanding global footprint and diversified product portfolio.
Backed by a strong blend of technical and HR expertise, she brings a global mindset, people-first approach, and proven leadership to Strides Pharma Science Ltd.
Extensive Experience
With more than two decades of experience driving people strategy in multinational environments, Matiyani will spearhead talent transformation, organisational culture, leadership development, and HR innovation across Strides’ global network.
Her strategic HR leadership will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth ambitions and strengthening its global workforce capabilities.
Before joining Strides, Matiyani served as Vice President – People & Culture at RateGain, where she was instrumental in leading cultural transformation, digital HR initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
She has also held multiple HR leadership roles at Wipro and OnMobile Global Limited, contributing significantly to people strategy, change management, and global workforce development.
Matiyani holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Surat.
She further enhanced her global management acumen with a Diploma in International Business from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune.
