NCC Appoints Bikram Nayak as Vice President– Human Resources

NCC Limited (Nagarjuna Construction Company), a major Indian infrastructure and construction firm, has appointed Bikram Keshori Nayak as Vice President – HR.
In his new role, he will lead HR strategy formulation and ensure strong alignment with the organisation’s long-term goals.
Extensive Experience and Achievements
Prior to joining NCC Limited, Bikram Nayak served as CHRO for Vedanta Alumina Business for nearly two year, where he led HR initiatives driving organisational growth and people strategies.
Earlier, he amassed over two decades of HR leadership experience at L&T, including roles such as Associate Vice President – People Functions at Mindtree, Head of HR at L&T-NxT, and several strategic HR positions, shaping talent management and organisational development.
His excellence in the field has earned him notable recognitions such as the Extra Miler Award by NHRD Bhubaneswar (2021), TA Pai Young HR Leader Award (2019), Talent Acquisition honours at the People Matters TA League Conference, and multiple SHRM HR Excellence Awards.
Bikram is an alumnus of the PG Department of PM&IR, Utkal University, and holds an Executive Diploma in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
A Certified Rewards Professional, he has completed programs in International Position Evaluation, Strategic Talent Management & Succession Planning, and the Global Leadership Development Program from the Michigan Ross School of Business.
