Neha shared on LinkedIn that after an enriching 18-year journey in Airtel’s B2C business—where she partnered with inspiring leaders, shaped culture, and built high-performing teams—she is stepping into a new chapter as Head of HR for Airtel Business.
She described the move as a blend of continuity and change, carrying forward her passion for enabling careers and thriving teams while embracing new challenges, opportunities, and transformation with renewed energy.
Extensive Experience
Prior to elevation, most recently, she worked as EVP & Head HR – Market Operations and Contractual workforce at Airtel, and earlier EVP & Head – HR, Market Operations.
Neha has played a pivotal role in strengthening Airtel’s people agenda through strategic programs that focused on sales capability development, workforce productivity enhancement, horizontal career path creation, and advancing diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Her leadership has been central to driving consistent HR practices and building a future-ready workforce aligned with Airtel’s growth ambitions.
Her association with Airtel began in 2007, giving her deep insights into the company’s business and people ecosystem.
Neha also brings early career experience from IBM, where she worked as a Project Administrator, adding a strong foundation in project management and operations.
Neha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick – Warwick Business School (2005–2006).
She completed her Bachelor of Business Studies from De Montfort University (2000–2003), strengthening her academic base in business and HR.
