She has been associated with the company since 2018, and most recently served as Associate Director – HR.
Extensive Experience
Ira Joshi joined NoBroker from Deluxe Entertainment Services. Earlier in her career, she held roles at companies including JLL, IBM, and Pinaki. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from IILM Institute for Higher Education (2008–2010).
Ira Joshi is widely regarded as a strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge and several years of professional experience in HR. Colleagues describe her as a highly accountable professional, adept at designing and implementing systematic programs and processes across HR operations.
She is known for her inclusive approach and ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels — adapting smoothly to diverse and evolving business needs.
