Peloton Consulting Group Appoints Anupam Ajmani as Director, India HR Leader

Peloton Consulting Group, a Business Consulting and Services company, has appointed Anupam Ajmani as Director, India HR Leader.

In this role, Ajmani will lead human resources and organization development in India. His focus will include HR strategy, workforce change, talent programs, organization structure, and culture.

Extensive Experience

Ajmani brings close to 20 years of experience in global professional services and tech-driven companies. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.

He is known for his work in HR partnering, leadership development, succession planning, pay and rewards, employee engagement, DEI, and HR data and reporting. Over the years, he has led large HR teams and delivered major programs covering workforce changes, performance process updates, and office growth across locations.

Before joining Peloton, Ajmani was HRBP Head (Associate Director) at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited. There, he led the Human Capital Business Partner function for India. His work included organization development efforts, support for business growth, spin-offs, and stronger leadership, employee relations, well-being, and DEI efforts.

Earlier, Ajmani spent 12 years at Deloitte as a Global HR Leader. He worked closely with senior leaders on company-wide workforce change, pay strategy, talent programs, change management, and culture work. He started his career as a Software Engineer at Perot Systems, which gave him a solid base in tech-focused business settings.

With broad global experience and a strong record in people leadership, Ajmani is expected to play a key role in shaping Peloton’s people and culture efforts in India.
