Groupe SEB India has announced the appointment of Jasjeet Kaur as Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership milestone as the company accelerates its growth journey in the Indian market.

In her new role, Jasjeet will be responsible for driving Groupe SEB India’s overall business performance, strengthening market leadership across categories, and delivering sustainable and profitable growth.

Her appointment comes at a time when the company is sharpening its focus on innovation, omnichannel expansion, and deeper consumer relevance in India.

Extensive Experience

With nearly two decades of experience across fast-moving consumer durables (FMCD), automotive, and consumer businesses, Jasjeet brings strong expertise in business strategy, brand building, category development, and marketing transformation.

She joined Groupe SEB India in 2020 as Marketing Director and has since played a key role in strengthening the Group’s presence in the country.

She successfully led the launch and expansion of Tefal, Groupe SEB’s premium global brand, in India, while driving digital-led brand communication, sharper consumer insights, and new category launches that supported sustained business growth.

Earlier this year, Jasjeet expanded her responsibilities as Vice President – Sales (E-commerce, Modern Trade and other channels), where she focused on strengthening distribution reach, improving execution at scale and building closer alignment between marketing and sales to support the company’s omnichannel ambitions.

Commenting on her appointment, Jasjeet said she is excited to lead Groupe SEB India at a time of strong momentum, adding that her focus will be on building a purpose-led business that combines innovation with relevance and growth with responsibility to create long-term value for customers and partners.
