Previously, Lohit Bhatia has been associated with the leading organizations such as Ikya Human Capital Solutions, Laurent & Benon Group, and ClearPlus Inc.

His professional journey reflects deep expertise in manpower outsourcing, managed services, staffing solutions, commercial operations, and client engagement.

At Quess, Lohit has successfully led transformation and expansion initiatives that have significantly scaled the company’s international footprint—especially across the Middle East, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
