Ram Prasad joins Brilyant as Chief Human Resources Officer

Brilyant, a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) focused on creating high-performance digital workplaces, has appointed Ram Prasad as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this new role, he will drive Brilyant’s growth by strengthening organizational capabilities through innovative HR leadership.

Extensive Experience and Background

Ram is a seasoned HR strategist with extensive global experience spanning India, APAC, EMEA, and the United States. He specializes in leveraging data-driven, AI-enabled, and employee-centric HR approaches that integrate talent, culture, and business objectives effectively.

Ram is well-regarded as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), a culture driver, and a compassionate leader who fosters workplace environments conducive to employee growth and high performance.

His expertise includes leading large-scale organizational transformations, future-skilling programs, and digital modernization of HR functions with a meticulous focus on operational excellence through analytical and project management skills.

Before joining Brilyant, Ram built an impressive leadership portfolio across global organizations including Wipro, NIIT, Cisco Systems, Aircel, Deloitte, and Carelon Global Solutions.

In these roles, he led strategic HR initiatives, digital transformation, and culture development, shaping agile talent ecosystems that supported high growth, innovation, and strong business performance.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Systems & Information from BITS Pilani and an Executive General Management Certificate from IIM Calcutta.
