Relaxo Footwears Appoints Manju Kohli as Chief HR Officer

India’s leading footwear manufacturer, Relaxo Footwears Limited, has announced the appointment of Manju Kohli as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Manju Kohli’s appointment signals Relaxo’s intent to strengthen its organisational agility and shape a future-ready workforce strategy aligned with the company’s expansion goals.

In her new role, she is expected to enhance Relaxo’s people strategy, focusing on productivity, capability building and long-term organisational resilience.

Extensive Experience Across Sectors and Cultures

Manju brings more than two decades of HR experience across multinational and high-growth environments, specialising in organisation design, HR transformation, and capability building.

Her career spans industries such as technology, education, agri-tech, manufacturing, and media, thus offering her extensive exposure to varied business cycles.

Manju has led several post-merger and acquisition integrations successfully, aligning culture, systems, and governance frameworks to business and investor expectations.

She is widely recognised for driving learner organisational models, fostering digital HR practices, and cultivating performance-driven cultures that deliver measurable results.

Prior to joining Relaxo, she played the role of Senior Vice President, People & Culture at Terviva from May 2024 to August 2025.

She previously held the leadership positions of CHRO at UWC South East Asia and as Vice President, HR at Pearson.

In her professional journey, she has also worked with organisations such as HR Media, Carlsberg Group, Oracle Financial Services Software, Actis, and ITC Limited.
