Satia Industries Appoints Dibyakant K. Singh as Vice President- HR

Satia Industries Ltd, one of India’s largest wood and agro-based paper plants, which produces paper using wood chips, veneer waste, wheat straw, and sarkanda, has appointed Dibyakant K. Singh as Vice President – Human Resources.

In his new role, Dibyakant will lead all Human Resources and Industrial Relations work. His focus will be on building strong teams, improving internal systems, and maintaining smooth labor relations in line with business needs.

Dibyakant brings more than 18 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, FMCG, and large business groups.

Before joining Satia Industries again, he worked as Group HR Head / VP–HR, where he helped improve people systems and link HR work closely with business goals. His past roles include positions at Oswal Group, Trident Group, Satia Industries, and Varun Beverages.

He is known for his work in HR and IR planning, organization restructuring, digital HR systems, and skill-based role frameworks. He has delivered clear results, including long periods with no loss of workdays through effective labor relations, while keeping a healthy balance between company goals and employee welfare.

Dibyakant has completed an Executive Management Development Program in Strategy Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, where he graduated in First Division.

Satia Industries Limited is a paper and textile group owned by Dr. Ajay Satia, CMD. The plant started in August 1984 using farm waste, with a capacity of 7,500 TPA of writing and printing paper.

Over time, capacity rose to 90,000 TPA using agro-based virgin pulp. The company makes eco-friendly papers for Indian and global markets and holds the BIS ECO-Mark, supported by strong water and air pollution control systems.
