Sattva Group Appoints Chidambar Sirdeshpande as CHRO

Chidambar Sirdeshpande has joined Sattva Group as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head – Administration, strengthening the leadership team as the organization enters its next phase of growth.

In this role, he will lead the people and administration agenda, supporting Sattva Group’s expansion across businesses and geographies with a strong focus on scalable and sustainable people practices.

His mandate includes strengthening people systems and governance, building workforce capability, aligning talent strategy with business priorities, and creating future-ready organizational frameworks to drive long-term growth, institutional maturity, and business resilience.

Extensive Experience

Chidambar brings over 25 years of rich HR and leadership experience across diverse sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, construction, IT services, and engineering.

Before joining Sattva Group, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Brigade Group, where he led both strategic and operational HR initiatives.

At Brigade Group, his responsibilities included organization restructuring, HR digitisation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), ESG integration, leadership development, and succession planning—playing a key role in building a future-focused talent ecosystem.

Earlier in his career, Chidambar held senior leadership roles such as CHRO at L&W Construction Pvt Ltd, Vice President – Human Resources and IT at Ascendas India, and Director & Managing Partner at Intellifour Software Pvt Ltd.

Across these roles, he has consistently driven transformation, strengthened organizational effectiveness, and aligned people strategies with business growth.

With his deep cross-sector expertise and strategic perspective, Chidambar is well-positioned to support Sattva Group’s next phase of growth and evolution.
