Sidita Sulejmani elevated as Head-HR, Sandoz global development

Sandoz has announced the elevation of Sidita Sulejmani as Head of HR, Sandoz Global Development, reinforcing its people leadership as the organisation continues to strengthen its global development capabilities.

In her new role, Sidita will be responsible for driving the HR agenda for Global Development, partnering closely with business leaders to enable innovation, capability building, and a strong talent pipeline aligned with Sandoz’s long-term growth strategy.

Extensive Experience

Sidita was most recently serving as Global Head of HR Strategy and Portfolio Management at Sandoz, where she played a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide HR priorities, aligning people strategy with business transformation initiatives, and ensuring effective governance across strategic HR programs.

Since joining Sandoz in 2023 as Global Head of Talent Management and Learning, she has been instrumental in strengthening leadership development, advancing global learning frameworks, and embedding a future-ready talent strategy across the organisation.

Before joining Sandoz, Sidita spent over 11 years with Vodafone, where she held multiple leadership roles across talent strategy, organisational development, and capability transformation.

During her tenure, she worked extensively with global and regional leadership teams, contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives, succession planning frameworks, and the design of innovative talent and learning solutions in a highly complex, matrixed environment.

Her experience at Vodafone helped shape her deep expertise in managing change, building high-performing teams, and driving people-centric transformation at scale.

Earlier in her career, Sidita was associated with institutions such as the University of New York Tirana, Universiteti i Tiranes, as Lecturer and Associate Professor, and previously worked as a Credit Analyst with BKT.
