STL Digital Appoints Aritra S. as Global Head – Human Resources
STL Digital, a global IT services and consulting company has appointed Aritra S. as Global Head – Human Resources.
In this new role, she will focus on building leadership depth, developing future-ready capabilities, and shaping a high-performance culture that can scale sustainably across geographies.
She will work closely with STL Digital’s executive leadership and global teams to align people strategy with business priorities, with strong emphasis on governance, talent rigour, and long-term value creation.
Extensive Experience
Aritra brings over 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience across global technology organisations.
Prior to joining STL Digital, she served as Human Resources Director and HR Head – Technology at GlobalLogic India, where she stewarded the people agenda for a 3,500+ workforce across high-impact engineering and technology portfolios.
Her role included leading succession planning, leadership development, HR transformation, M&A integration, and governance as Presiding Officer of the POSH Committee.
Earlier in her career, Aritra held senior HR leadership roles at Capgemini, Verint, Cerner Corporation, and Wipro, managing large, multi-country workforces and complex transformation programmes across Europe and India.
She is recognised for building scalable HR operating models, strengthening leadership benches, and integrating data-driven decision-making into people strategy.
At STL Digital, she will lead the global HR agenda spanning talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness—reflecting a shift from hiring scale to sharper capability building, stronger governance, and measurable people outcomes.
She earned an MBA in Human Resources from Bangalore University, completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
