Sukhpreet Swaran Sandhu Joins VAP Group as Global Head- HR
VAP Group, a leading global Web3 and AI consulting services firm has announced the appointment of Sukhpreet Swaran Sandhu as Global Head – Human Resources.
With 17 years of experience across the SaaS, Fintech, Automobile Retail, and E-Commerce sectors, Sandhu brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

Before joining VAP Group, Sandhu was Head – HR for the U.S.-based SaaS and Fintech platform ITILITE, where he successfully led the people success and HR functions, doubling the organization’s size in the APAC and US regions.

He was also the first HR leader at Spinny, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from the ground up to become a unicorn, achieving over 20x growth across India during his tenure.
Sandhu has also held key leadership positions at Denave, IndiaMart Group, and Myntra-Jabong, gaining deep and diverse global experience.
He possesses hands-on and strategic expertise in building agile organizational cultures, rewards programs, talent management, and leadership development from the ground up.
