TCS Elevates Kritika Saxena as Head of Marketing – India

India’s largest IT services provider company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has elevated Kritika Saxena as Head of Marketing – India.

In her role, she will lead TCS’s marketing strategy across India’s market, driving brand visibility, integrated communication, and strategic storytelling across key business verticals.

In her expanded portfolio, she will work closely with the India leadership group and oversee major initiatives, including the company’s flagship #AcceleratingIndia campaign—an effort she has previously described as “close to my heart.”

Extensive Experience

Before elevation, Kritika served as Head of Corporate Communications at TCS, where she redefined the communications architecture and strengthened the company’s narrative across markets.

One of her notable contributions was the development and launch of TCS Studios, the company’s in-house content and production unit that has emerged as a creative hub for brand-led storytelling and high-impact multimedia content.

Kritika’s career foundation lies in journalism—she spent 14 years at CNBC-TV18, where she rose to become Chief of Bureau for Mumbai & South India.

She also anchored flagship programs, including After the Bell and India Business Hour, shaping her reputation as a sharp business journalist and newsroom leader.
