Vodafone Idea Elevates Ayushi as GM– Talent, Capability & Culture
Vodafone Idea Limited has elevated Ayushi Dixit as General Manager – Talent, Capability & Culture | DEI & People Experience, assigning her responsibility for leading the portfolio across Delhi and Rajasthan.
She moves into this expanded role after serving as AGM – HR Business Partner, where she played a pivotal role in positioning HR as a strategic business lever rather than a support function.
In her new role, Ayushi will focus on translating people strategy into scalable talent, capability, culture, and DEI systems that drive sustained business performance.
Extensive Experience
With extensive experience across Talent Management, Organisation Development, HR Business Partnering, Capability Building, Employee Experience, Leadership Development, and Predictive People Analytics, Ayushi has consistently delivered measurable people outcomes.
Her approach is strongly data-led, reflecting her belief that inclusion and culture initiatives must be anchored in impact and accountability. Currently, she leads talent strategy and culture transformation for over 450 employees across key business verticals.
She designs and delivers future-ready leadership and capability development programmes that strengthen succession pipelines, improve productivity, enhance performance outcomes, and reduce attrition through insight-driven and people-first HR innovation.
An MBA in Human Resources from Christ University, Dixit has also completed executive education programmes at Harvard University, IIM Ahmedabad, and IIM Visakhapatnam.
Ayushi is deeply committed to building inclusive, high-trust, and high-performance cultures where employees are empowered to learn, grow, and lead. Her prior experience includes roles at PhonePe, Firstsource, Jagran Solutions (a unit of JPL), Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.
