Extensive Experience
Vrinda Taneja brings a rich and diverse HR leadership background to her new role at Novartis.
With a career spanning leading global and Indian organizations, she has held significant positions at Vodafone Idea Limited, AkzoNobel, and Unilever, where as HR leader, she partnered with business functions across sales, marketing, corporate teams, and R&D.
Her work has focused on building strong talent strategies, enhancing leadership capability, and driving large-scale organizational transformation.
Vrinda’s earlier roles at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, Deutsche Postbank Group AG, Talengene, and ITC Limited added depth to her cross-industry understanding and expanded her global exposure.
She has managed large, complex teams, coached HR Business Partners across India, and played an influential role in leadership forums at several multinational companies.
She holds MSc in International Employment Relations and HRM from LSE, earning a Merit for her thesis, and a BBA in Marketing from Jadavpur University with Distinction.
