Hexaware appoints Raghu Mocherla as SVP Digital & Software
Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of IT services and technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Raghu Mocherla as Senior Vice President – Digital & Software.
In this role, Raghu will lead the Cyber-Physical Software and Systems portfolio within Hexaware’s Digital & Software (D&S) business unit.
He will be responsible for shaping strategy, expanding the portfolio, accelerating business growth, and driving client success across global markets.
Extensive Experience
Raghu brings over 25 years of experience in technology services, with deep expertise in product engineering, R&D, and industrial operations. He is widely recognized for building and scaling high-growth businesses across multiple industry verticals.
Prior to joining Hexaware, Raghu spent more than a decade at Capgemini, where he served as Industry Head and P&L leader for the ER&D business line in the Americas. Most recently, he led key sectors including industrial manufacturing, automotive, rail, aerospace, and defense, and was a member of the ER&D Americas Executive Committee.
Previously, Raghu Mocherla has been associated with IGATE, Happiest Minds Technologies, Patni Computer Systems, Kshema Technologies, Fujitsu, and SRA Systems across sales, product engineering, and leadership roles.
Raghu holds degrees in Computer Science Engineering and Business Management and is based in Boston.
