With an illustrious career spanning 25 years across diverse sectors, Rohit brings deep expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, and business transformation.
Before joining Haldiram Snacks Food, he served as the CHRO at Varun Beverages Limited—the largest franchisee of PepsiCo, where he played a pivotal role in building scalable HR systems to support the company’s global expansion.
Extensive Background
Rohit has built an impressive portfolio across IT, Healthcare, Packaging and Printing, FMCG, and Apparel industries.
He previously served at Wipro Ltd as Global Vice President – Talent Management & Leadership Development and CHRO for Lab45, Wipro’s innovation hub.
His prior experience includes key leadership roles at GE Healthcare as CHRO for Wipro GE Healthcare South Asia, HR Director at GEBEL, Head of CSR, and Head of Education Solutions.
He began his professional journey with ITC Limited and Surya Nepal Private Limited, developing a strong foundation in people management and industrial relations.
An alumnus of the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Rohit also holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from Delhi University.
