Extensive Experience in People & Culture

With over 20 years of diverse experience across leading technology and mobility organisations, Prabhanjan has built a strong reputation for driving employee engagement, leadership development, and culture transformation.

Prabhanjan focuses on enhancing organisational effectiveness through coaching, talent development, and crafting exceptional employee experiences.

Before joining Scripbox, he contributed to redBus for more than six years, serving as Head – HR and partnering closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business expansion.

Prior to that, he was Associate Director of Human Resources at Ola, where he supported the company during a critical phase of growth.

Kulkarni’s career also includes a long tenure at Cisco, where he spent over eight years as HR Manager, gaining global exposure and experience in scaling high-performing teams.

Additionally, he has been associated with Emerson Network Power, Infosys BPO, and Dotcom Software, bringing broad industry experience to his new role.
