Emaar India Appoints Neha Saxena Shenoy as Chief HR Officer

Emaar India, a well-known real estate developer, has appointed Neha Saxena Shenoy as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

She will be based in Gurugram and will lead the company’s people strategy, with a focus on hiring, leadership growth, and building a strong workforce for the future.

Extensive Experience

Neha joins Emaar India from Info Edge India Ltd, where she worked as Executive Vice President from April 2024 to April 2026.

Before that, she was Deputy CHRO at Cairn Oil and Gas. In that role, she led work on talent planning, employee experience, HR services, and diversity and inclusion across the company.

She brings over 20 years of experience and has held senior roles in global firms. At Honeywell, she was HR Director and led HR strategy for large business units.

She also spent more than three years at Reckitt, where she handled global diversity efforts and led leadership and talent programs across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Microsoft and Adobe, where she worked closely with senior leaders on people strategy. She started her career at General Electric, spending over seven years in HR roles, including work on diversity and university hiring across South Asia.

Neha has an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
