Ritika Chopra Takes On CHRO Role at JSW Paints and JSW Dulux

Ritika Chopra steps into role of Chief Human Resources Officer for JSW Paints and JSW Dulux.

This move comes after the acquisition of Akzo Nobel India Limited, as the company works to bring its teams and operations together and grow its presence in India’s paint market. With both businesses coming together, the company plans to combine Dulux’s long-standing brand with JSW Paints’ fast growth style.

In her role, Ritika will lead the people strategy, support a strong work culture, and help teams work smoothly as one unit. The company is focused on improving customer value and building steady growth over time.

Extensive Experience

Ritika has rich HR experience across consumer, retail, and tech-driven companies. Before this role, she was Head- Human Resources at JSW Paints.

She also worked at Purplle.com, where she handled HR for the CPG business, and at Amazon, managing HR programs across APAC and MEA, including Prime Video India.

Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Pantaloons and worked within the Aditya Birla Group. She started her career with internships at Intel Corporation and Serum Institute of India Limited.

Ritika has an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Fergusson College.
