Subhajit Mitra has been named as HR Leader at Carrier India, strengthening the company’s leadership team in the country.

In this role at Carrier India, he supports the company’s growth by focusing on talent and organizational change. He works closely with factory, engineering, and digital teams to help them adapt to new demands while building strong innovation centers and global capability centers.

His work also helps position Carrier as a leader in the industry and sets high standards across the company worldwide.

Extensive Experience

Subhajit Mitra has over 15 years of experience with Carrier Global Corporation. He has worked in India, Asia Pacific, and Singapore. His background covers manufacturing, supply chain, and global capability centers. This gives him a solid understanding of workforce change and how large organizations operate.

Earlier, as Talent Leader for Asia Pacific, he worked on leadership growth, company culture, and hiring systems across the region. He also led HR for Southeast Asia Pacific and earlier served as Director HR at Carrier India, where he supported business and talent changes.

Subhajit started his career at The Coca-Cola Company. He spent over nine years there in different HR roles, building strong skills in workforce planning, labor relations, and leadership development.
