Tenneco Appoints Aditya Kohli as Chief HR Officer, India

Aditya Kohli has joined Tenneco Clean Air India Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer for India, starting April 1, 2026.

In this new role, he will lead the company’s people and culture agenda, with focus on building strong leaders, improving how teams work, and supporting business growth through solid HR systems.

Extensive Experience and Background

Aditya has more than 25 years of experience in HR across sectors like financial services, telecom, and manufacturing. He is known for turning plans into action, especially when companies are growing or going through change.

Before this, he worked as CHRO at Orient Electric for four years, where he helped shape the company’s people plans. He also served as CHRO at Clix Capital, where he supported the growth of a strong work culture.

Earlier in his career, Aditya held key HR roles at Bharti Airtel, where he managed HR for core teams and global rewards, and at Standard Chartered Bank, where he worked in global HR roles across India and Singapore for close to 10 years. He also worked with Hewitt Associates, gaining experience in HR data, rewards, and change management.

Tenneco said his experience in leadership, HR change, and talent planning will help the company as it builds a strong workforce for the future.

Aditya studied at Saïd Business School and Symbiosis International University, with a focus on business and leadership.
