Freshworks Appoints Grace Samson as Vice President – HR

Freshworks, an enterprise-grade, AI-assisted service software provider, has appointed Grace Samson as its new Vice President – Human Resources.

In her new role, she will work closely with the leadership team to further strengthen a people-first culture aligned with the company’s ambition, values, and long-term growth strategy, while supporting its global workforce and business expansion plans.

Sharing her excitement on LinkedIn, Grace said, “Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as I join Freshworks as Vice President, Human Resources.” She expressed gratitude for her professional journey and appreciation for Freshworks’ reputation for innovation, customer-centricity, and culture.

She emphasized her long-held belief that when culture is intentional, leadership is authentic, and people are truly valued, organizations can achieve remarkable outcomes.

Extensive Experience

With close to three decades of experience in human resources across leading technology organizations, Grace brings deep expertise in building high-performing, people-centric workplaces.

Before joining Freshworks in March 2026, Grace served as Vice President & HR Head – India at Informatica for nearly eight years. Prior to that, she spent over 13 years at IBM India as General Manager – Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Corio India Infotech Pvt Ltd and other technology firms.

Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur.
