US-Based N-able Opens Bengaluru GCC, Plans 50% Workforce Growth

USA-based, Global cybersecurity software company N-able Inc. has announced the opening of its new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, marking a significant step in the company’s global growth strategy and long-term investment in India’s technology ecosystem.

The newly established centre currently employs more than 100 professionals across engineering, product management, user experience, and security operations functions.
N-able plans to increase its workforce at the Bengaluru facility by at least 50% by the end of 2026 as it scales operations and expands product innovation initiatives.
Strengthening Cybersecurity and AI Capabilities
The Bengaluru GCC will play a key role in advancing N-able’s cybersecurity and artificial intelligence-driven offerings.

The company said the centre will contribute to the development of next-generation security technologies and modernized security operations designed to help IT service providers and businesses better manage evolving cyber risks.
“With the opening of our Bengaluru office, we are fast-tracking the next generation of capabilities, from AI-powered innovation to modernized security operations,” said Mike Adler, Chief Technology and Product Officer at N-able.
The investment comes at a time when organizations worldwide are facing increasingly sophisticated cyber threats while also navigating rapid advancements in AI technologies.
The company expects the new centre to accelerate product development and strengthen its global security operations.

Expanding Presence in a Growing GCC Market
India continues to emerge as a preferred destination for Global Capability Centres due to its large pool of engineering and technology talent.
Demand for cybersecurity, cloud, and AI professionals has increased significantly as multinational companies expand their operations in the country.
Industry reports indicate that India’s GCC workforce is expected to reach 2.36 million employees by the end of 2026, highlighting the sector’s continued growth and strategic importance.

According to N-able, the Bengaluru centre will also help support small and medium-sized businesses as they address rising cybersecurity threats, regulatory requirements, and data protection challenges.
