Raymond Limited appoints Sarita Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Aerospace & Precision Engineering business.

In this role, she will lead the people strategy, with a focus on talent, culture, and building strong teams in a field where quality, innovation, and people matter.

Raymond’s engineering business is growing its global presence, with a clear focus on building skilled teams and staying flexible as it expands.

Extensive Experience

Sarita has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, telecom, consulting, and global industrial companies.

Before joining Raymond, she was CHRO and President at Finolex Industries Limited, where she managed HR for a large listed company with over 5,000 employees and several plants and offices across India.

Earlier, as Vice President and Head of HR for Financial Services at Capgemini, she handled a workforce of more than 41,000 employees across regions such as APAC and Continental Europe.

She also worked in senior HR roles at Vodafone Idea Limited and Vodafone, where she led work on culture, inclusion, communication, and employee experience.

In the early part of her career, she worked with Tata Motors, CNH Industrial, Mitsubishi Electric, Topaz Energy and Marine, and Johnson Matthey.

During this time, she built strong skills in HR planning, working closely with business teams, pay structures, and managing large teams across different regions.

Sarita has completed an Executive General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and holds an MBA in IT and HR from the All India Management Association.
