AiDash ropes in Satyajit as Director- People Operations from Tata 1mg

An AI-first SaaS company, AiDash has appointed Satyajit as Director – People Operations.

In this role, he will oversee purpose-driven people practices that are both fair and compassionate. He will cultivate a high-performance culture at AiDash, fostering an environment where individuals and empowered teams can thrive.

He has over 11+ of professional experience in industries varied in their endeavors & policies. His core expertise lies in building high-performance teams and relentlessly striving for a better employee experience every day.

Prior to AiDash, Satyajit was associated with Tata 1mg as Director HR – Central functions. In this role, he was responsible for Total rewards revamp, Enhancing Employee experience, and HR Tech Adoption.

Previously, he was associated with Meesho, udaan.com, and JUSCO Limited – A TATA Enterprise.

Satyajit holds his Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.), Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineering from BIT Mesra.
