BlackRock Appoints Dipsa Acharya as Director – Talent & Culture

BlackRock, the world’s leading asset manager, has appointed Dipsa Acharya as Director – Talent & Culture, effective December 2025.

In her new role, Dipsa will focus on designing, building, and scaling integrated talent and learning ecosystems. Her mandate includes strengthening leadership effectiveness, fostering organizational alignment, and ensuring that people initiatives translate into measurable and sustainable business performance.

With deep experience across talent management, learning, and culture transformation, Dipsa brings a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business outcomes.

Extensive Experience

She brings nearly two decades of experience. Dipsa Acharya has developed deep expertise in talent management, learning and development, leadership capability building, and culture transformation.

She is widely recognized for designing people strategies that are closely aligned with business priorities and for translating human capital initiatives into tangible outcomes.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Dipsa was most recently associated with Nasdaq, where she served as Global Co-Lead for an Employees Network. In this role, she played a key part in strengthening employee engagement, inclusion initiatives, and cross-regional collaboration, contributing to a more connected and empowered global workforce.

Earlier in her career, she was associated with organizations such as Adenza and Welspun Group, where she held roles across core HR, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Across these assignments, she consistently worked at the intersection of people, culture, and business growth, helping organizations build leadership pipelines and resilient talent frameworks.

Dipsa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SOM Lalit Institute of Management Studies.
