Dr Batra’s Healthcare announced on December 17, 2025, the appointment of Deepak Pant as its new Group Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Effective since November 27, 2025, Deepak is tasked with steering the centennial-bound homeopathy giant through a high-growth phase.
This leadership transition underscores the brand’s commitment to modernizing its holistic healthcare delivery and scaling its presence across both physical and digital ecosystems.
A Pedigree of Digital and Consumer Growth
Deepak Pant brings an impressive professional portfolio spanning over 20 years, characterized by high-impact leadership in consumer goods and technology-driven sectors.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C), his career began at Tata Consultancy Services before moving into pivotal branding roles at Procter & Gamble Singapore and Marico Limited.
Deepak’s expertise in “digital-first” brand building was most recently showcased at the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group.
In this role, he served as Vice President of Marketing for the Personal Care vertical.
His track record includes a successful stint at the beauty e-commerce platform Purplle.com, where he led revenue and category management.
Deepak expects this blend of traditional FMCG rigor and modern digital agility to serve as a cornerstone of his strategy at Dr Batra’s®.
Expanding the Global and Virtual Footprint
As Group COO at Dr Batra’s, Deepak will oversee a sprawling network of over 200 clinics across seven countries, including India, the UK, UAE, and Malaysia.
A primary focus of his mandate will be the expansion of “Virtual Clinics.” This strategic lever makes homeopathic care more accessible to remote populations.
Deepak aims to elevate the patient experience by integrating advanced digital outreach with core operational functions.
This strategy will cover the brand’s diverse offerings, including Aesthetics, Hair, and specialized wellness products.

Founder–Chairman Emeritus Dr. Mukesh Batra emphasized that Deepak’s diversified background will be “instrumental” in strengthening the company’s digital presence.
