HDFC Life appoints Senthil Kumar S as Associate Vice-President- HR

One of India’s leading private life insurance companies, HDFC Life has announced the elevation of Senthil Kumar S as Associate Vice-President- HR

In this new role, he will be responsible to fulfill the Organization’s Talent Acquisition objectives through diversified/unexplored strategies, especially through digital and non-traditional models.

Senthil has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Associate Vice President at HDFC Life!”

Senthil is an HR and L&D professional with over two decades of proven work accomplishments in middle management across geographies & Corporate locations within India. His professional work experience has evolved around FMCG, Concept Selling, and BFSI industries/segments.

Senthil is a Leader with whom a diverse team prefers to work (including Millennials & Gen Z). He has been associated with the organization for more than 13 years. Prior to the current role, he was Senior Manager – Human Resources.

Previously, he was associated with NIS Sparta, Hindustan Unilever Network, and Amway India Enterprises Private Limited.

Senthil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Madurai Kamaraj University. He completed his bachelor’s from Madurai Kamaraj University.
