Before joining Birla Precision Technologies, Shelendra Singh spent nearly a decade at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., where he held progressive leadership positions, including General Manager – HR, DGM – HR, AGM – HR, and Senior Manager – HR.
During his tenure, he played a key role in enhancing performance management frameworks, driving capability-building programs, and managing industrial relations across multiple locations.
His strategic initiatives supported operational growth and cultural integration during crucial phases of organizational transformation.
Earlier in his career, Singh contributed significantly to Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd., leading HR and Learning & Development at its Chittorgarh operations.
His professional journey began with the Aditya Birla Group, where roles at Hindalco helped him develop a strong foundation in L&D, organizational development, and people process governance.
