Bringing over 22 years of extensive experience in human resources, administration, and expatriate management across global markets, Taniya’s appointment marks a significant step in strengthening Epic Group’s focus on strategic people transformation and organizational excellence.
Her leadership will play a pivotal role in aligning talent initiatives with the company’s long-term business and sustainability goals.
A Proven Leader in Strategic HR and Organizational Development
Before joining Epic Group, Taniya served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources and Administration at Cheil India, where she led key HR transformation initiatives.
Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to design and execute impactful HR strategies that drive business results.
Her experience spans policy formulation, leadership development, talent management, and cultural transformation, with a consistent focus on creating high-performing, inclusive, and ethical workplaces.
Taniya has also worked with Microtek International, JAKSON Limited, and Airbus Group India, where she played an instrumental role in building robust HR frameworks across India, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
Her leadership has been marked by a deep understanding of diverse organizational cultures and an ability to adapt HR practices to global standards while maintaining regional relevance.
