UltraTech Cement ropes in HUL veteran Anand as HRBP- Manufacturing

UltraTech Cement, part of Aditya Birla Group appoints Anand Tripathi as HR Business Partner – Manufacturing, effective from July 2021.

Commenting on Anand’s appointment company said, “Join us in welcoming Anand Tripathi to the team. He joins us as HR Business Partner – Manufacturing. Anand comes with a rich experience of over 27 years of managing overall employee relations across geographies. We are looking forward to a great journey together.”

Anand is a senior HR leader, he comes with close to three decades of rich experience in human resource and employee relations working across industries likes; FMCG, Agriculture, and paint, etc.

Prior to joining Ultratech Cement (Aditya Birla Group), he was associated with Hindustan Unilever Limited as General Manager HR – ER for South Asia.

Earlier Anand has been associated with the companies like Goodless Nerolac Paints, United Phosphorus Ltd (UPL), and HUL in HR/ER leadership roles.

Anand holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Lucknow University.
