Mankind Pharma appoints Prateek Dubey as Global CHRO

One of the top 5 leading pharmaceutical companies in India, Mankind Pharma has appointed Prateek Dubey as Global CHRO.

Prateek is an experienced Human Resources professional with nearly two decades of experience. He has demonstrated a history of working in the industries including banking / FMCG / Power / Manufacturing sector.

He has vast experience HR domain including employee engagement, EVP, ER, HR Operations, HR Consulting, External Affairs, CSR, Shared Services, HR Policies & HR Compliances, and Labour Laws.

Prior to Mankind Pharma, he was associated with IDFC FIRST Bank as Head- ER & HR. His earlier stints also include working with Hindustan Coca-Cola as Zonal Head (PAC), Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd as General Manager -HR, Suzlon Energy Ltd as Head- HR (Nacel), and Jindal Saw Limited (Seamless Tubes Division) as AM-HR.

Prateek holds his Master of Laws (LLM) from Mansarovar Global University.
