The Ludhiana-headquartered firm intends to scale its financial footprint to achieve a revenue target of ₹1,200 crore by 2029, up from its current turnover of approximately ₹700 crore.

As a prelude to a planned Initial Public Offering (IPO) by 2030, the company’s roadmap places localized recruitment and gender diversity at the absolute center of its growth.

Financial Outlays and Capacity Building

To drive this expansion, Eastman Impex will execute a capital expenditure plan involving an annual investment of ₹40 crore over the next three years.

These funds will primarily scale its advanced manufacturing capabilities in specialized aluminum fabrication and axle-assembly production.

As these high-capacity industrial facilities become fully operational, the company expects to generate roughly 400 new job opportunities each year over the next three years.

Eastman Impex Championing Punjab’s Local Talent

Eastman Impex currently employs more than 2,200 people across three corporate locations in Ludhiana, split between 1,700 blue-collar and 500 white-collar professionals.

Chief Executive Officer Gaurav Singal emphasized that the company is anchoring its personnel framework heavily on local recruitment from Punjab.

By focusing its talent search within the region, the organization aims to boost regional socio-economic development.

This localized approach will also significantly improve long-term employee retention.

Elevating Gender Diversity and Internal Mobility

Alongside regional hiring, increasing female representation is a core strategic objective.

Out of the company’s current 2,200-strong workforce, approximately 230 positions are held by women.

Eastman Impex aims to diversify its traditional manufacturing floors by doubling its female workforce participation over the upcoming expansion cycle.

To sustain this growth efficiently, the manufacturer will complement its external hiring with an aggressive internal talent development mandate.

The company plans to nurture its future leadership from within its existing operational lines.

It will achieve this by relying on internal promotions, technical cross-training, and structural career progression.
