Impetus Technologies ropes in Shikha Kandoi as CFO from Wipro

Impetus Technologies has appointed Shikha Kandoi as its Chief Financial Officer. Her appointment takes effect in January 2026. She will be based in Gurugram, Haryana.

As CFO, Shikha will lead financial controls, performance tracking, planning, and reporting. She will also help the company make clearer, data-based decisions as it grows in different regions.

The move supports Impetus’ plans to grow outside India and build closer relationships with clients during a period of fast change in technology.

Company Announcement

Announcing the appointment, Impetus said, “We are pleased to welcome Shikha Kandoi as our Chief Financial Officer. She will play a key role as we expand our global presence and build stronger client relationships in a fast-changing agentic AI market.”

The company added, “Shikha brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in finance, including business finance, FP&A, and controllership. She joins us from Wipro Limited, where she most recently served as CFO for Business Process Services.”

Extensive Experience

Before joining Impetus, Shikha spent over 17 years at Wipro Limited in senior finance roles across regions and business units.

Her recent roles included CFO, Wipro Business Process Services (April 2025 to December 2025), CFO for Consumer Goods, Lifesciences, Retail, and Brazil (April 2024 to April 2025), and General Manager, Finance – Global FP&A (April 2023 to March 2024). In these roles, she focused on aligning finance teams more closely with business needs.

Earlier in her career, she worked at ITC Limited in corporate accounts, handling consolidation, reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

A Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, she brings deep experience in FP&A and controllership to her role at Impetus.
