Ramya is a seasoned HR professional with more than 15 years of experience in human resources management in large and mid-sized multinational organizations.

She is a thought leader, Strategic HR Business Partner, Change Management, M&A, and Talent Management consultant.

Her core competencies include HR business partnering, employee benefits, HR policies, employee relations, and HR analytics.

She is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Prior to KPI Partners, she was associated with LTIMindtree as Director- HR Business Partnering.

Her earlier stints include working with Sony India Software Centre, EdGE Networks Pvt. Ltd., NTT DATA Americas, and ArisGlobal.
