He has over 26 years of comprehensive experience in People Management Operations, Restructuring Organizations, Spearheading HR Process Re-engineering, and Proposing Innovative HR solutions in Manufacturing Plants as well as in Corporate Offices.

Arvind has excellence in driving strategic HR initiatives to realize bottom-line results and enhance employee engagement in the pursuit of organizational objectives across diverse industries including Power & Steel, Automobile, Leather, Garments, Chemicals, and Appliances

Prior to Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Arvind was with Bansal Wire Industries Limited as CHRO & Group Head HR. Earlier, he was associated with Rockman Industries Ltd. as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Arvind’s earlier stint also includes working with Usha International as Sr. General Manager-HR. He started his career working with DCM Chemicals as Head-HR & Admin.

He is an alumnus of the University of Allahabad. He completed his Bachelor of Laws – LLB, Law from Lucknow University, Lucknow.
