Allana Group Appoints Manish Dwivede as Group CHRO

Allana Group has appointed Manish Dwivede as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO).

In his new role, he will lead Allana Group’s human resources function, with responsibility for driving the Group’s people strategy and HR priorities.

Extensive Experience

Manish brings over two decades of experience in human resources, having worked across industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals, automotive and paper.

Over the years, he has led key areas including talent management, industrial relations, organisation development, performance management, leadership development, compensation, employee engagement and HR transformation.

Before joining Allana Group, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Emami Agrotech Limited, where he served from July 2022 to July 2026. In this role, he headed the company’s HR, Industrial Relations (IR) and Administration functions.

Earlier, he spent more than seven years with DIC Corporation as CHRO and Senior Vice President – HR (India & Bangladesh). There, he was responsible for managing HR, IR and CSR functions across both countries.

His career also includes nearly seven years at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, a joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors. He served as Head – Corporate HR and earlier as an HR Business Partner, supporting HR operations for businesses across India, the US and China.

Manish has also worked with BILT and Jindal Saw Limited, where he contributed to building HR systems, manpower planning, campus and lateral hiring, performance management, policy development, training and employee engagement.
