Prodapt Appoints Itha Lakshmipathi as Senior Vice President – HR

Prodapt has appointed Itha Lakshmipathi as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, based in Chennai, where she will lead the company’s global HR function.

In her new role, Itha will oversee Global HR Business Partnering and Corporate HR, leading a 59-member HR team responsible for people operations across more than 20 countries in India, Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America.

Extensive Experience

Itha has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a career spanning the IT, pharmaceutical, healthcare and professional services industries.

Before joining his new role, he served as Assistant Vice President – HR at Prodapt. He has also held senior HR leadership positions at Aragen Life Sciences, where he served as Senior Director – HR and Human Resources Director, and at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Associate Director – HR Business Partnering.

Earlier, Itha worked as Global Head – HR at Napier Healthcare and Head – HR at Labournet. He also spent over three years at Novartis as Senior Manager – Compensation and Benefits, HR Service Delivery.

His earlier career includes working with Matrix Laboratories in a similar HR role, Oracle India as Manager – HR, and Sudha Soft as Executive – HR.

Itha completed the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX) from the Indian School of Business. She also holds a PGDBA in Human Resources from Siva Sivani Institute of Management.
