Arbex Appoints Mrinal Mulgaonkar Singbal as Country HR, India

Arbex has appointed Mrinal Mulgaonkar Singbal as Country HR for India. She joined the company in September 2026 and is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

In her new role, Mrinal will handle the human resources function for Arbex in India. The company has not publicly detailed her specific responsibilities or reporting structure.

Extensive Experience

Mrinal brings experience across human resources, talent acquisition, employee experience, culture and inclusion.

Before joining Arbex, she worked at A.P. Moller–Maersk as People Partner for South Asia for over three years, from 2023 to 2026. Maersk operates in the global shipping, logistics and supply chain services industry.

Before Maersk, she worked at Pfizer as a People Experience Partner for around three and a half years, from 2019 to 2023. Pfizer is a global biopharmaceutical company.

Earlier, she worked at Vodafone Idea Limited as Manager – Culture, Inclusion and Employee Experience.

She also spent around three years at Vodafone in two roles: Business Partner HR (Technology) and Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition.

These roles gave her experience in HR business partnering, recruitment and employee engagement in the telecommunications industry.

Mrinal began her career at Infosys, where she held talent acquisition positions, including Senior Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition and Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition, HRD. She worked at the company for over two years, from 2012 to 2014.

She holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Goa College of Pharmacy.
