The nine-day company-wide break will commence on November 7, 2026, and conclude on November 15, 2026, enabling employees to fully disconnect from work and celebrate Diwali with their families and loved ones.
The initiative has been a longstanding tradition at Embassy Group for over 2 decades, reflecting the Group’s continued focus on work-life balance and the importance of personal connections beyond the workplace.
The festive break recognises the role families play in supporting employees throughout their professional journeys. By encouraging employees to step away from work and spend uninterrupted time with their loved ones, Embassy aims to support their overall well-being and enable them to return refreshed and re-energised.
Commenting on the initiative, Maria Rajesh, Chief Human Resources Officer, Embassy Group, said: “At Embassy, we recognize that behind every successful employee is a strong support system, with family often playing the most important role.

“Our annual festive break is an opportunity to acknowledge that contribution while encouraging employees to step away from work, recharge and spend meaningful time with their loved ones. As we bring back this initiative, we hope our people use this time to celebrate, reconnect and return refreshed, energized and ready for the journey ahead.” she added.
This initiative reflects Embassy Group’s broader approach to employee engagement and well-being. With a focus on employee well-being spanning decades, the company continues to strengthen its approach through thoughtful initiatives year after year.
Alongside the festive break, Embassy continues to invest in employee well-being through initiatives that support mental and physical health, foster engagement and encourage open communication.
The Employee Pulse Survey, conducted in partnership with Gallup, helps the Group understand employee experiences and identify opportunities for workplace improvement, while ‘Brews and Breakthroughs’ offers employees an informal platform to engage directly with leadership.
