Timi Kwatra Joins RateGain as Vice President & Global Head – TA

Timi Kwatra has joined RateGain as Vice President and Global Head – Talent Acquisition across global markets.

In her new role, Timi will work with the company’s CXOs on workforce planning, talent strategy and AI-led transformation. She will focus on enterprise hiring, improving recruitment outcomes and meeting the company’s talent requirements across markets.

Extensive Experience

Timi brings over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and workforce planning across technology and other business functions.

Before joining RateGain, she was Head of Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls, where she led hiring across India for commercial operations, business enablement, financial shared services and Global Centres of Excellence.

Earlier, she spent over seven years at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition. She led recruitment for Digital Engineering Services and the India Business Unit, covering technology hiring, employer branding, recruitment marketing and recruitment process outsourcing.

Before Cognizant, she worked at Virtusa for over four years as Head – Talent Acquisition for the Hyderabad region. Her responsibilities included hiring across business units, campus recruitment, sourcing plans and recruitment budgets.

She began her career at Intelligroup, now part of NTT DATA, where she held talent acquisition roles, including Associate Manager and Deputy Manager. Her work covered recruitment for the US region and technology practices such as SAP, Oracle Applications and Microsoft.

Timi holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from Osmania University, completed in 2003. She also completed the Business Leadership Program at ICFAI Business School in 2011.
